For more than 100 years, CAA South Central Ontario has been meeting and exceeding the needs of Canada's motoring and travelling public. As an organization, CAA is committed to serving its Members, employees and the community.

We will be Canada's leading membership organization consistently exceeding our Members' expectations.

Mission

We provide peace of mind and quality service through our roadside assistance, automotive, insurance and travel businesses. New opportunities will be pursued to enhance Member value. Profitable growth will be generated in a socially responsible manner. We strive to improve the lives of our Members and Associates in all we do.

Our values

Integrity

We do what we say we are going to do. We build trust and credibility through our actions. We treat others as we expect to be treated. We all 'lead by example' and 'walk the talk' in everything we do. We do what is right, though it may not always be the easiest route. We continue to perform and behave to strengthen our brand image.

Accountability

We have an intensity to get things done as promised. We take personal responsibility and ownership for understanding and delivering expectations and outcomes. In addition, leaders are accountable for the results and actions of their teams. Leaders are committed to engaging their Associates and achieving exceptional results.

Innovation

We work together, share ideas, common goals and expectations. Teamwork provides an opportunity to learn from colleagues who may have different perspectives. We welcome participation so we can develop and execute best practices to achieve desired results. Associates must work collaboratively within their own work-teams and with Associates across the organization.
