CAA® MasterCard®* Terms & Conditions
1CAA Dollars® are accumulated based on net eligible purchases on your CAA MasterCard. At the time of your membership renewal, CAA Dollars will be redeemed towards your membership dues. CAA Dollars have no cash surrender value and cannot be used to purchase CAA Green Power Battery products, Travel Money products, insurance products or pay for the CAA MasterCard annual fee. To earn and redeem CAA Dollars, you must be a CAA Member in good standing. A lapsed membership will result in forfeiture of any accumulated CAA Dollars. 2Bonus CAA Dollars will be credited to your CAA Dollar account 3-4 weeks after the first eligible purchase on your CAA MasterCard account. The first eligible purchase on your CAA MasterCard account must be completed by August 31, 2011.

CAA MasterCard Credit Cards provided by Bridgewater Bank†
CAA MasterCard credit cards earn rebates in the form of CAA Dollars. The amount of the rebate is based on the type of card and is as follows:
CAA Premium MasterCard: 1.5% of net eligible purchases, plus an additional 1% of net eligible purchases made at a preferred partner participating in the Bridgewater Bank MasterCard Credit Card CAA Dollars rebate program (“Program”), to a maximum annual spend limit of $50,000. (“annual” means the 12 consecutive account statement (“Statement”) billing cycles, commencing with the billing cycle reflected in the Statement dated in February and ending with the billing cycle reflected in the Statement dated in the following January.)
CAA No Fee MasterCard: 1% of net eligible purchases, plus an additional 1% of net eligible purchases made at a preferred partner participating in the Program
CAA Low Rate MasterCard: 0.5% of net eligible purchases CAA Dollars are earned on net eligible purchases only.
CAA Dollars are not earned on cash advances, convenience/balance transfer cheques, payments & credits, interest, fees & other charges and cash-like transactions incurred on the account. CAA Dollars are not earned on any eligible purchases prohibited by the laws of Canada or any other country. From time to time, Bridgewater Bank may offer cardholders special promotions or additional opportunities to earn additional CAA Dollars. Cardholders will qualify to earn rebates as soon as their card is activated and eligible purchases made, unless the cardholder's account is not in good standing at the time of calculation, the cardholder's account has been suspended or terminated, the primary cardholder is not a permanent resident of Canada, or the primary cardholder does not have a CAA membership in good standing. CAA Dollars will appear on the same Statement as the net eligible purchases from which they were earned and will then be remitted to the cardholders CAA club for crediting by the club to the primary members membership account. The redemption of CAA Dollars from a CAA club membership account is governed by the rules, terms and conditions established by the club and are separate and distinct from the Program. CAA Dollars cannot be used as payment for any obligations owed on the credit card account. The Program is subject to change at any time and is governed by terms and conditions provided to the cardholder at the time of card issuance.
