If your browser does not pass the Cookie and/or JavaScript tests, please check your current browser settings below, or follow the instructions to change your browser settings.
Note: You should also run a malware (spyware/adware) detection and removal tool to check for spyware and malware on your computer. Malware may cause an otherwise compatible browser to behave unexpectedly.

How to change your browser settings
Steps for changing your browser settings may vary depending on operating system and browser version.
Internet Explorer 7x - Enable Javascript
Click 'Tools - Internet Options'
Select the 'Security' tab, then click on 'Custom Level'
Scroll down to 'Scripting', then next to 'Active scripting' click the 'Enable' button
Click 'Ok' to save the change
Click 'Yes'
Click 'Ok'
Internet Explorer 7x - Cache Settings
Click 'Tools - Internet Options'
Under the 'General' tab, click on 'Browsing history'
Click on 'Settings'
Be sure that under 'Check for newer versions of stored pages:' 'Every visit to the page' is selected
Click 'Ok' to save the change
Internet Explorer 7x - Enable Cookies
Click 'Tools - Internet Options'
Select the 'Privacy' tab, then click on 'Advanced'
Make sure that the 'Override Automatic Cookie Handling' and 'Always accept session cookies boxes' are checked
Also, make sure that both 'First-party Cookies' and 'Third-party Cookies' are set to 'Accept
Click 'Ok' to save the change
Click 'Ok'

Select the 'Internet' icon

Under Settings, scroll down to 'Scripting'
Beside 'Active Scripting,' click the 'Enable radio' button

Select 'Settings' under 'Temporary Internet files'
Ensure that under 'Check for newer versions of stored pages,' 'Every visit to the page' is selected
Click 'Ok' to save changes
Click 'Delete Files' to delete any previously cached files

Select the 'Privacy tab'
Under 'Settings,' move the slider bar to 'Medium'
