Note: You should also run a malware (spyware/adware) detection and removal tool to check for spyware and malware on your computer. Malware may cause an otherwise compatible browser to behave unexpectedly.

How to change your browser settings
Steps for changing your browser settings may vary depending on operating system and browser version.
Internet Explorer 7x - Enable Javascript
- Click 'Tools - Internet Options'
- Select the 'Security' tab, then click on 'Custom Level'
- Scroll down to 'Scripting', then next to 'Active scripting' click the 'Enable' button
- Click 'Ok' to save the change
- Click 'Yes'
- Click 'Ok'
Internet Explorer 7x - Cache Settings
- Click 'Tools - Internet Options'
- Under the 'General' tab, click on 'Browsing history'
- Click on 'Settings'
- Be sure that under 'Check for newer versions of stored pages:' 'Every visit to the page' is selected
- Click 'Ok' to save the change
Internet Explorer 7x - Enable Cookies
- Click 'Tools - Internet Options'
- Select the 'Privacy' tab, then click on 'Advanced'
- Make sure that the 'Override Automatic Cookie Handling' and 'Always accept session cookies boxes' are checked
- Also, make sure that both 'First-party Cookies' and 'Third-party Cookies' are set to 'Accept
- Click 'Ok' to save the change
- Click 'Ok'
Internet Explorer 6x - Enable Javascript
- Click 'Tools - Internet Options'
- Select the 'Security' tab
- Select the 'Internet' icon
- Click 'Custom Level' button
- Under Settings, scroll down to 'Scripting'
- Beside 'Active Scripting,' click the 'Enable radio' button
- Click the 'Ok' to save the change
Internet Explorer 6x - Cache Settings
- Click 'Tools - Internet Options'
- Select 'Settings' under 'Temporary Internet files'
- Ensure that under 'Check for newer versions of stored pages,' 'Every visit to the page' is selected
- Click 'Ok' to save changes
- Click 'Delete Files' to delete any previously cached files
Internet Explorer 6x - Enable Cookies
- Click 'Tools - Internet Options'
- Select the 'Privacy tab'
- Under 'Settings,' move the slider bar to 'Medium'
- Click 'Ok' to save changes
Mozilla Firefox 2x - Enable Javascript
- Click 'Tools - Options'
- Select the 'Content' icon
- Check the 'Enable JavaScript' checkbox
- Click 'Ok' to save change
Mozilla Firefox 2x - Cache Settings
If you are having problems viewing our site, try clearing your cache to view the latest version.
- Click 'Tools - Options'
- Select the 'Advanced' icon
- Click the 'Network' tab
- Click the 'Clear Now' button
- Once complete, click 'Ok' to save change

- Check 'Accept cookies' from the checkbox

- Under 'Advanced,' select 'Scripts & Plugins'
- Be sure all boxes are checked
- Click the 'Ok' button to save change
Netscape Navigator 7x - Cache Settings
- Click 'Edit - Preferences'
- Under 'Advanced,' select 'Cache'
- Ensure that under 'Compare the page in the cache to the page on the network,' 'Every time I view the page' is selected
- Click the 'Ok' button to save change
Netscape Navigator 7x - Enable Cookies
- Click 'Edit - Preferences'
- Under 'Privacy & Security,' select 'Cookies'
- Select 'Enable cookies for the originating web site only'
- Click the 'Ok' button to save the change
