Look for the CAA Approved Auto Repair Services sign.

The CAA Approved Auto Repair Services (AARS) program identifies garages that meet stringent CAA standards requirements for quality service at fair prices.

CAA Members and non-members receive:

• 1 year/20,000 km parts and labour warranty per repair
• Free battery testing
• Free written estimates

Plus, every AARS garage has agreed in writing to allow CAA to rule on any disputes. If you have concerns about the workmanship, you can rest assured that CAA is there for you.

Warranty Repair

Any time your vehicle is serviced or repaired at a CAA Approved Auto Repair
Service (AARS) location across Canada, the work is covered by a comprehensive
1 year/20,000 km warranty for both parts and labour, from the original date of the work order.

Follow these guidelines for coverage:

• Present your valid CAA membership card when signing in your vehicle at an AARS facility.
• When signing the work order, confirm the written information is correct and that your CAA membership number and expiry date are recorded.
• When picking up your vehicle, review the invoice and once again ensure your CAA membership number and expiry date are documented. Also check that your invoice has been endorsed with the '1 year/20,000 km Warranty' stamp.

If, for any reason, the AARS facility is unable to provide a complete warranty, the limitations will be documented on the repair order.
