Any time your vehicle is serviced or repaired at a CAA Approved Auto Repair Service (AARS) location across Canada, the work is covered by a comprehensive 12-month/20,000km warranty. Just follow these guidelines for coverage:

  • Present your valid CAA membership card when signing in your vehicle at an AARS facility.
  • When signing the work order, confirm the written information is correct and that your CAA membership number and expiry date are recorded.
  • When picking up your vehicle, review the invoice and once again ensure your CAA membership number and expiry date are documented. Also check that your invoice has been endorsed with the '12-month/20,000km Warranty' stamp.

All completed repairs are covered by the 12-month/20,000km Warranty, for both parts and labour, from the original date of the work order.

If, for any reason, the AARS facility is unable to provide a complete warranty, the limitations will be documented on the repair order. If you need any other automotive information, please contact our Consumer and Technical Services department.
