The annual CAA Worst Roads campaign creates awareness about the lack of road maintenance and encourages Ontarians to take action on this issue. CAA’s goal is to bring Ontario’s roads and bridges up to a safe and acceptable standard as well as promote safer driving and a cleaner environment.
CAA and the Ontario Road Builder’s Association have teamed up again this year to compile a list of the 20 Worst Roads in Ontario, as voted by you!
A ‘Worst Road’ is any stretch of paved infrastructure, including bridges, meant for any type of vehicle that shows severe deterioration and/or a stretch of road that is designed in a way that may cause increased traffic, frequent accidents, and congestion which could potentially endanger drivers and pedestrians.
