This road has been in terrible condition for more than 5 years. Every now and then there might be a patch, but it is useless, Sometimes i drive on the shoulder because it is so bad, anyways.. heres hoping for a smoother road.

ROAD IS IN TERRIBLE POTHOLED CONDITION. ROAD PROBABLY HASN'T BEEN TOUCHED (OTHER THAN POTHOLE FILLING0 IN YEARS GONE BY WHEN IT WAS A RURAL FARM ROAD!

There are several potholes and very little room for bikes to ride. My wife drives a scooter and has been hit 3 times while riding along the section of Glendale (Wembley to train tracks) as well as my daughter has wiped out due to potholes along this section. Since bikes can not be ridin on the side walk they take their chance on the road. I have also wrecked the tie rods and other parts on 2 cars driving on the road in this city. I realize they are trying to improve the roads but seems like they are tearing up a bunch of roads at the same time and making this city horrible for driving. I am a driver for auto parts store and spend 9hrs a day on these roads which are hell.

The many potholes and subsequent patches make this road incredibly rough. The edges of the road is crumbling.

The road is cracked and has pot holes. There's also no bicycle lanes.

road surface has degraded to the point of material breaking away from previous paving surface. the edges of the road have crumbled into the shoulder area. We ride bicycles along this road daily and find it to be dangerous for cyclists as they are trying to negotiate the potholes along with the drivers of vehicles

Rough pavement, and pot holes et cetera.

The construction has been going on for years. The lanes are too narrow. The roads are still in horrible shape, and the traffic moves too fast. On ramps aren't designed well making it dangerous to get on the highway.

many many potholes, patches and cracks, all over the street.This is one of the major streets in the city of 132,000 people. Needs to be fixed desperately for everyone's safety and maintenance of their vehicles

Full of potholes and bad patches, this road is a mess.

In winter, potholes are so numerous that drivers have to drive weaving around the road and lose their focus on oncoming traffic. The makeshift filling put into these holes does little to help the problem and other potholes appear very quickly. In the other seasons the road has become extremely bumpy with all the patched up potholes and takes its toll on cars travelling at moderate speeds. Has become disastrous for pleasure cycling. This has been going on for several years and has become even more treachorous with the increased traffic of recent years.

many damaged portions of the road, some have been repaired, but at this year on christmas eve I hit a pot hole, and spent 500.00 for new rim and tire and front end alignment, etc

Potholes, Bumpy & Narrow

The road is extremely cracked, causing bumps that are nauseating to drive over.

Both east and west directions have severe rutting on the shoulder side of the lane. The pavement is badly craked and shoulders are almost non-existant. If there is no oncoming traffic, I will actually straddle the dividing yellow line to avoid having the right side of my car disappear into these ruts. I hope this section of road becomes a good candidate for repair with the new hospital being built on the intersection of First St. Louth.

Horrible pot holes!!! Poor construction of road between Facer and Carlton Sts. (concrete slabs?), as well as parking on both sides of road in this area causes major problems in the winter.

Undescribable - bone & teeth rattling holes, ruts and uneven pavement with POOR lane markings from beginning to end - could even be considered dangerous. Shame, Shame on the City and the Region for letting this main street become such a mess - no excuse

Massive Pot Holes for the last 20 years that have been filled time and time again. This road seriously needs to be repaved. It is also on the Wine Route...

Terrible, crumbling roadway, with numerous potholes. The road is to be rebuilt for the new hospital, but that's years away.

For years all that has been done is minor repairs and now the road is nothing but a series of patches. The edges of the road are also crumbling away. The regions comments indicating nothing has been done due to the anticipated building of the new hospital is a pathetic excuse as this road has been in this condition for ten years or more.

Pot holes, pot holes, pot holes, no sidewalks, ugly ditches, rough train tracks. Dirt from the metal recycling plant. Dangerous place to walk or ride a bike with stone shoulders and truck traffic. It is a road that is under the Region and has been put off repairing for years.

I been in Canada for almost 4 yeras, we migrate from Qatar (state of gulf) never seen this kind of roads in their, surprise in last 4 years road conditions are getting worse, have seen workers filling the hamps with the shavel.

The road has deteriorated over the last 3 years, potholes are every few feet. The road is dangerous at the S curve and is shared with many bicyclists also trying to avoid the potholes. This is a disaster in waiting.

A bumpy ride for cars and hazardous problem for seniors when crossing it. So many seniors apartments nearby too!

HORIBLE is all i can say so bumpy you can't drive down it with out thinking your tire is going to fall off.

Hwy 8 (St. Paul Street) through valley from 7th to 9th is broken, pot-holed, gravel covered in sections and missing "shoulder" in sections. Very dangerous due to winding of road. Assume it's on border line and neither township wants to assume responsibility.

2-way traffic & stop signs impede the flow of traffic throught the downtown ghetto

There are severe pot holes, no shoulder, and the road is narrow so one could not even try to avoid the pot holes...

The road is topsy turvy, there are potholes everywhere and not to mention the dangerous section by the railroad tracks! If you get caught in between the railings that come down when a train is coming, it can be quote a scary experience!

This section of road has had a rough, pot holed and patched surface for many years. Most country stone roads have a smoother surface. HOW MUCH would it cost to resurface this SHORT section of road???

- Poor planning and design of intersections - dangerous, especially during rush hour - traffic lights that don;t adequately move traffic - traffic is often congested and intersections are poorly designed/engineered

This road is full of pot holes and has been for the last 20 years, it's a through road to three schools, and no one seems to care.

Crater-sized potholes, cracking pavement, different states of disrepair! This street is a joke and a huge expense on my vehicle's suspension. The city's refusal to fix this street properly just baffles me. They've had several opportunities but would much rather pave side streets which don't even get half the traffic Niagara Street gets.
