long up lifting cracks on both sides, road sways in all directions, long flowing dips which create a dangerous situation for handling your car or truck, 2 wheel or 4 wheel drive. This road was built on top of a log base and heaves every winter. A very very dangerous situation.Lower speed limit didn't help. Please pick this road, for this road is a main thorough in this suburban area.

These streets are so worn that although we have two lanes, nobody wants to drive in the right lane because the pot holes could damage your vehicle and when it rains the right lane is almost impossible to drive in. Many of our city streets are like this. One street alongside the auditorium heading towards the city complex center floods out every heavy rainfall.

It the paved road from Sandy Beach cabins up to Brule Bay where the causeway is. It has a speed limit of 30km/hr and has washed out many times. The city sends out workers to fill potholes but they fill maybe 10- 15% and leave the rest. I have had to replace tie rods, ball joints, struts and bearings on all 5 of our vehicles since we moved out here, and our neighbors and friends complain of the same thing. I have stopped the workers and requested that they come further down the road as that is where the major issue is but they always state the same thing- they're only given so much ashphalt and have to fill the part that they are working on. I don't believe the city has any intention of replacing or significantly repairing this road unless attention gets called to it. Please HELP!!!!!!!!!!! If you drive down this road- I GUARANTEE that it will be the bumpiest ride of your life and that you'll be hearing a rattle in your front end shortly.

This is one of the roughest sections of city streets in Thunder Bay, and has been in need of repair for many years. It just seems to be ignored, year after year. Now that Sir John A. MacDonald school is closed in that area, it will probably never be repaired. I try to avoid it as much as possible. It sure is a good test for car shocks.

This road is absolutely HORRIBLE! Where do all our tax dollars go? The road is like riding a roller coaster from hell, it is so bumpy and has so many dips in it you have to drive IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD.....Hrmmm that should be safe in the winter! You DEFINATELY have to put some money in savings for balljoints,shocks,struts, tye rods etc living out here....unbelievable!

Shuniah Street has more potholes filled in than there is actual asphalt on the whole street. Streets around Shuiah continue to get repaired, but not Shuniah Street. The volume of traffic is growing again after the closure of the Port Arthur General Hospital, whose street got newly repaved a couple of years ago. Shuniah street, the worst road in Thunder Bay. Take a drive down the worst road in Thunder Bay. Thank-you for your time and consideration in this matter.
