POT HOLES

potholes, no curbs, no sewers,patchy

its been some time sinde my last trip down that road I almost broke my car in half last year

The Cabana Road/County Road 42 is full of cracks and pot-holes. It's full of bumps and the drive is most uncomfortable.This road hasn't been repaired in last 10 years. It leads to Windsor Airport and also runs parallel to the E. C. Row expressway with constant traffic.

Truck traffic is impossible. The road in torn up in different sections of this area on different days.

vegetation. looks like a country road in spots but perfect near the casino.

Narrow winding section where people like to park in one lane for hours making the road even more narrow. Also, people throw their garbage on the sides of this narrow street which blows out into the roadway. There's a recliner chair on the side of the road right now that someone has thrown out there and last summer I drove over a pool of white paint that splashed all over the side of my car. I have witnessed one older lady throwing her garbage on the roadside twice over the last year and confronted her both times. She cursed me out both times. It's a disgrace and I've reported it to the City of Windsor. Their answer was to put up a "No littering" sign!

my previous nomination was wyandotte st west..however there are so many bad streets in windsor that it would take me two weeks to name them all

Broken, uneven, shakes your car, forces you to brake and drive well below the limit.

The road is just horrible; I have lived in this city since 78 and don't think the city has ever paved this road except for the shovel full in a vane attempt to fill a pot hole.

There is alot of potholes and the sides of the roads by the curbs need repair. I ride my bike alot and end up riding on the sidewalk which is against the law because the sides of the road are just way too bad to ride on. The road is either all cracked and bumpy or there are potholes in the way. This is dangerous because I or someone else could hit one of the bad cracks and end up in front of a car when we lose control of our bikes or it could damage the bike.

There are so many cracks and pot holes on this road which I drive quite a bit I can literally hear my suspension springs on the car each and every time I travel this road.

Several Potholes, water main breaks, broken curbs, debris. More damage incurred when the new Shoppers Drug Mart was built this summer due to heavy equipment.

Pot holes every where. I take an alley way to the better part of my street my house because it is better then the road.

This road is simply in horrible shape and of poor design. The Cabana intersection is a nightmare for left-turning traffic; when traveling north the straight through lane is disjointed with the north side of the intersection. Long lines of queued turning traffic on Provincial at Cabana block the view of oncoming traffic; and northbound turning lane is too short. At Sixth Concession Rd. the intersection is new but horribly disjointed with traffic turning south onto Provincial having to drive way out to go around an island from one direction, and a short slip lane from the other direction without any sort of yield sign. Toward Walker Rd., the road is in terrible shape--in the southbound section where traffic is supposed to keep right unless turning, the road is in such poor condition that traffic often drives straight through the turn lanes. This road desperately needs to be widened to four lanes from where it joins Division Road through to Walker Rd and the 401. Merging into one lane on the southbound stretch leading up to Cabana is often a nightmare during the evening rush. The shopping centres and big box stores spilling onto Provincial, combined with new subdivisions alongside, are giving this two-lane road too much to handle!

Very bumpy and uneven. Many patch spots done, and this makes the road even worse.

Bumps, ruts all the way east and west. needs to be totally redone including at all intersections. Including the dip at E Park Drive and at Tecumseh Road East close to Zehrs

Road has not been revamped in years. It's a main street in the core of the city but it just looks like a wide alley.

Large pothole in left southbound lane at the dougall and grand marais intersection. Also, not very far away at the bridge over the sewer off grand marais, disgusting road. It is full of potholes.

Lots of pot holes and pot hole repair jobs which are just as bad. I am a Cyclist and have fallen many times on Gladstone Avenue.

Frost heaves, Pot holes - you name it! Windsor is working on the 401 - but doesn't seem to care about roads that the Windsor residents use daily.

If you drive down Parent Ave from Riverside Dr. to Erie the entire stree it pot holes, batch jobs and the road is way too narrow for parking and two way traffic.

Heavy truck traffic, congestion, huge ruts from the trucks in all the lanes, delays and no way to change lanes/get off if there is a delay at the bridge to the USA, all vehicles drive above the posted speed, adn trucks in particuliar. They also run red lights routinely.

worst express way ever to many on and off ramps with in feet of each other causing back up all the time only lit up for 3/4 of the way full of pot holes

The expressway is consistently congested, and the on ramps are too short, so most traffic enters at a speed limit inferior to 100 km/h, which causes many accidents. The entire road could be repaved as well. There has been talk of reconstructing the roadway, but, because of the border issues in Windsor, no work will be completed for some time even though the necessary work should be an immediate priority.

Very rough on the car and it has really damaged my car and i've had to bribg it in to replace my muffler so please consider fixing that road
