CAA is once again pleased to announce that for the second year in a row we are the proud recipients of the SQM Call Center Award. Each year SQM, a leader in first call resolution performance, presents a range of awards to companies with exceptional call centers. Over the past two years SQM has surveyed more than 3,000 CAA Members and customers to learn about their experiences with CAA Insurance.
In 2006 CAA Insurance was honored to be among three organizations recognized by SQM for their World Class Call Center. Every year this prestigious award is presented when 50% or more of the organizations calls are at the World Class level for a 6-month period. In 2007 CAA Insurance once again performed and maintained at the World Class level, and as a result, SQM has certified CAA Insurance as a World Class Call Center.
