CAA Insurance is once again pleased to announce that for the third year in a row we are proud recipients of the SQM (Service Quality Measurement) Call Centre World Class Call award.
Each year SQM, a leader in first call resolution performance, presents this award when 50% or more of an organization’s calls are at the world-class level (calls are resolved and customers are overall very satisfied) for 6 months or more.
Over the past year, SQM surveyed 1,500 CAA Members and customers to learn about their experiences with CAA Insurance. As a result of this survey and positive feedback, CAA Insurance has once again been honored with the SQM Call Centre World Class Call award for performing at the World Class Level during 2008.
CAA would like to thank you, our valued Members, and our Insurance Call Centre Professionals who diligently meet the needs and enquiries of callers each and every day.
