Visitors to Canada Insurance
Choose this Plan for friends or family planning to visit Canada from another country. Health insurance from their home country may not cover them in Canada. This plan protects you and your loved ones against financial strain in case of an emergency medical situation.
Visitors from other countries are not covered under a Canadian Government Health Insurance Plan. Anyone moving to Ontario will not be covered by OHIP for 3 months.
Because emergency medical expenses in Canada can add up quickly, it's important for visitors to be protected.

Student Plans

Emergency Medical Insurance is a smart choice. For students studying outside their home province or territory and international students studying in Canada, this coverage goes beyond by including coverage for both emergent and non-emergency situations.
Student Plan - Inbound Students
Designed for International Students who are temporarily living and studying in Canada, this plan offers coverage in case of a medical emergency, as well as coverage for basic medical care such as physical check-ups, eye exams and dental visits.
At many schools, it's mandatory that International Students have Medical Insurance and they must be able to provide proof of coverage upon request. International Students may not be covered by plans from their home country therefore, it's important to be prepared in order to avoid the financial stress of an unexpected medical expense.
