Splendours of Egypt & the Nile
Explore the mysteries of Egypt aboard the new queen of the Nile – the luxurious ms River Tosca. Modelled after a boutique hotel, this well appointed ship features lavish suites with French balconies. Custom-designed for your enjoyment, this outstanding tour begins and ends in Cairo, the lively capital of Egypt. In this historic urban centre, there is an incredible selection of shopping and leisure activities. You will also visit the Citadel of Salah al-Din, Muhammad Ali Mosque and Egyptian Museum, which houses the extraordinary artifacts recovered form the tomb of King Tutankhamun. Later, after flying to Luxor, you will cruise along the mighty Nile, viewing spectacular temples in the towns and cities of Dendera, Kom Ombo, Aswan and Edfu. Finally, during your last day in Cairo, you will take a guided tour of Giza, the Sphinx and the magnificent Pyramids.
