  • Day 1: Toronto - Lima: Fly from Toronto to Lima via a gateway in the USA Arrival, welcome and transfer to your hotel for overnight.
  • Day 2: Lima: Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a full day in this captivating Colonial capital. A morning city tour features the Plaza Mayor, the Government Palace, the 17th-century Baroque Cathedral, the Church of San Francisco and the Palacio Torre Tagle. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at your hotel.
  • Day 3: Lima/Cuzco: Breakfast at the hotel. Early morning to the airport . Fly to Cuzco then enjoy an afternoon excursion including an historic city tour as well as the nearby sites of Sacsayhuaymán, Puka Pukara and Tambomachay. Cuzco is a charming city whose Inca and Spanish roots are evidenced today by its terra-cotta roofs and cobblestone streets. Overnight at your hotel.
  • Day 4: Macchu Picchu: Breakfast at the hotel. Journey to the fabled "Lost City of the Incas" by train. Arguably the most important archeological site in South America, its beauty is truly spectacular. Following a guided tour of the ruins we enjoy lunch, and then return to Cuzco by evening. Overnight at your hotel.
  • Day 5: Pisac: Breakfast at the hotel. Today's full-day excursion includes the colonial town of Pisac followed by the ruins of Ollantaytambo, a well preserved Inca site in the UrubambValley - also known as the "Sacred Valley of the Incas". Return to Cuzco via Lake Huayro and Iscuchacha. Overnight at your hotel.
  • Day 6: Cuzco/Quito: Breakfast at the hotel. Morning transfer to the airport to board your flight to Quito via Lima. Welcome & transfer to hotel for overnight.
  • Day 7: Quito: Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast in Quito, drive to Otavalo at 8,500 feet. En route you pass a mosaic of gardens and lakes with views of three dormant volcanoes. Merchants and their burros piled high with merchandise make their way to the famous Otavalo Market. Time for shopping in the market before lunch at a local restaurant. Return to Quito in the evening
  • Day 8: Otavalo Market: Breakfast at the hotel. Situated in a valley at the foot of the Pichincha Volcano, only 15 miles from the equator, Quito is a treasure trove of colonial riches. Its Old City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a tapestry of colonial mansions, cathedrals, and bustling cobblestone streets.
  • Day 9: Quito/Galapagos: Breakfast at the hotel. Fly from Quito to Baltra in the Galapagos and transfer to the M/V Galapagos Legend for lunch. After wet landing, guests will encounter a small colony of sea lions, hike for 1 hour and may even spot some flamingos.
  • Day 10: Galapagos Islands/Santa Cruz, Floreana Islands: Early in the morning after a wet landing, walk to a hyper-saline lagoon behind the beach. This trail leads up to Dragon Hill, which offers a beautiful view of the bay. You will have the option to make a dinghy ride in Venice islet and observe the vegetation and marine animals. Land iguanas are often observed from the dinghy. Continue to Floreana (Cormorant Point) with a wet landing on a greenish colored sand beach. You will hike a well-marked trail beginning in the Black Mangrove beds heading towards the back of the lagoon. Novice snorkellers can practice back on the main beach where the sea lions are playful, while experienced snorkellers can roam the waters around Devils Crown.
  • Day 11: Galapagos Islands/Espanola & San Cristobal Islands: Travelers will enjoy a dry landing at Suarez Point. Aside from the sea lion colony, this is one of the most important sites for bird watching. Among the many species, the hooded mocking bird and red billed tropic bird can be seen. Travelers will also spot a large colony of marine iguana, lava lizards, and colorful sally light foot crabs. After a short trek, encounter colonies of masked and blue-footed boobies. You will also find Galapagos doves, hawks and swallow-tailed gulls. After crossing the nesting grounds you will reach the world's largest colony of waved albatross (15,000 approx.) After a dry landing at Puerto Baquerizo Moreno village, you will visit San Cristóbal breeding center and learn about the Giant Tortoises breeding efforts of the National Park.
  • Day 12: Galapagos/Quito/N.Seymour Islands: A morning dry landing, will allow you to encounter swallow tailed gulls and sea lions. This site is also known for being a major nesting colony of blue footed boobies, and the largest colony of the magnificent frigate bird, as well as both endemic species of iguanas. Disembarkation and transfer to the airport for your flight to Quito via Guayaquil. Arrival, welcome and transfer to your hotel for overnight
  • Day 13: Quito - Toronto: Breakfast at the hotel Transfer to the airport for your homebound flight via a gateway in the USA
