Our Thailand Fantasy is a great way to discover the country. From its capital city, Bangkok, to Chiang Mai and the Golden Triangle in the north, you will visit the most interesting places. And after all that traveling, we offer a few days to relax at one of Thailand's resorts; Cha Am, Pattaya, Phuket or Koh Samui. The choice is yours. Enjoy our Thailand Fantasy.

  • Day 1: Canada Departure: Depart from Vancouver to Bangkok
  • Day 2: Bangkok: Arrive in Bangkok and transfer to your hotel
  • Day 3: Bangkok: Today visit the three famous temples of Bangkok: Wat Po (Reclining Buddha), Wat Benjamaborpitr (Marble Temple) and Wat Triimitr (Golden Buddha). Afternoon is at leisure to explore this fascinating city.
  • Day 4: Bangkok: Enjoy a full day at leisure to take an optional excursion or visit a tailor.
  • Day 5: Bangkok/River Kwai: Begin your tour of northern Thailand. A journey of approximately three hours will bring you to the River Kwai for a visit of the commemorative museum and the World War Two Cemetery. Continue to the famous River Kwai Bridge which was built by prisoners during the Second World War. Transfer to your hotel.
  • Day 6: River Kwai/Ayuthaya/Phitsanulok: Depart for the ancient capital of Ayuthaya and admire the legacy of this splendid city before its destruction by the Burmese in 1767. Visit the King's summer palace, Bang Pa In. Continue to Lopburi, known for its Khmer relics and numerous monkeys. Arrive in Phitsanulok and transfer to your hotel.
  • Day 7: Phitsanulok/Chiang Rai: Visit Phitsanulok and the temple of the Wt Mahathad, built in 1357 and sheltering one of the most beautiful statues of Buddha in the country. Proceed to the ancient city of Sukothai and visit its ruins. Stop in Lampang and visit the Wat Phrathat Temple. Arrive in Chiang Rai and transfer to your hotel.
  • Day 8: Chiang Rai: Today, visit the Burmese border at Mae Sai with its local market and numerous ethnic groups. Continue to Chiang Sen, the ancient capital of the Lanna Kingdom located on the Mekong River. Next, a boat crossing brings you to the Golden Triangle where the borders of Thailand, Myanmar and Laos meet.
  • Day 9: Chiang Rai/Chaing Mai: Transfer to the pier and boat trip on the Mae Kok River. Visit a hill tribe and continue by bus to Tha Ton and Chiang Mai. Transfer to your hotel.
  • Day 10: Chiang Mai: Today, visit an elephant camp north of Chiang Mai, a hill tribe in the mountains of Mae Saa, and an orchid farm. In the evening, enjoy the local Kantoke dinner.
  • Day 11: Chiang Mai/Bangkok/Cha Am/ Pattaya/Phuket/Koh Samui: Transfer to the airport for your flight to Bangkok. Arrive and transfer by road to Cha Am or Pattaya, or by air to Phuket or Koh Samui. Transfer to your hotel.
  • Day 12-15: Beach Stay: At leisure.
  • Day 16: Beach/Bangkok: Depart from Phuket & Koh Samui by air or from Pattaya and Cha Am by road to Bangkok for your last night in Thailand.
  • Day 17: Bangkok/Canada: Your journey comes to an end! Transfer to the airport for the flights home.
