Air Filter
Replace when dirty or as part of a tune-up.

Antifreeze
Checking coolant level.

Battery
Have the battery checked with every oil change.

Belts
Replace worn, glazed or frayed belts.

Brake Fluid
Fill to mark on reservoir. Do not overfill.

Engine Oil
Remove the dipstick and wipe clean. Insert it fully and remove it again. If it is low, add oil.

Any loud exhaust noise may indicate a leak in the system.
     
Hoses
Aging coolant hoses need extra care.

Have someone check that your head lamps and turn signals are clean and working.
