  • What does Primary Member mean?

    A CAA Primary Member holds the billing responsibilities for the account, including Associate Members and their individual level of coverage.

  • How soon can I use my membership?

    CAA Basic Members must wait for 48 hours after joining before they can make their first call for a roadside service. CAA Plus Members must wait 7 days after joining before they can make their first call for roadside service. However, you can, obtain savings on shopping, insurance and travel right away.

  • What is Battery Assist?

    Battery Assist is our mobile battery testing and replacement service. If your car battery is dead, simply call CAA and we'll dispatch our mobile battery boosting service and if necessary, provide replacement service.

  • What is the Pre-authorized Credit Card Program?

    The Pre-authorized Credit Card Program is a convenient pre-authorized credit card payment program that ensures your annual membership fees are paid automatically. Simple and easy.
