Tires are as important as any part of your car and should always be well looked after. If you follow these simple, yet key steps, you can good get use out of your tires.
Tire pressure.
Adjust tires to the car manufactures specs – normally located on the driver’s door jam sticker. Do not use the max pressure indicated on the tires sidewall.
Rotate your tires.
You should rotate your tires every 10,000km’s – this will extend their life.
Alignment.
If you are experiencing handling problems or your vehicle is pulling in one direction over the other then you should get your wheel alignment checked out.
Tread.
If your tires look worn or have uneven wear, visit a CAA Approved Auto Repair Service facility for a thorough vehicle inspection.
