Depart Toronto or Winnipeg to Rome

Monteriggioni – Upon arrival in Rome, transfer by coach to Monteriggioni. Welcome dinner tonight D

Monteriggioni – Morning cooking class. In the afternoon, depart to Siena for a guided walking tour B/L

Day 4

Monteriggioni – Morning cooking class. In the afternoon, depart to Florence for a guided walking tour B/L

Day 5

Monteriggioni – This morning, depart for San Miniato Al Monte for a truffle hunting demonstration. Continue to Pisa in the afternoon for a guided tour of the historic site B/L/D

Day 6

Monteriggioni – Morning cooking class. In the afternoon, visit an olive oil mill followed by a tasting B/L/T

Day 7

Monteriggioni – Morning cooking class. In the afternoon, an excursion to San Gimignano, including a wine tasting at a local farm B/L/T

Rome – Final cooking class. In the afternoon, depart for Rome by coach. Check in at the hotel with evening at leisure B/L
