Tastes of Italy: Epicurean Delights and Tuscan Gems

There’s no more beautiful place to learn how to cook quintessential Italian dishes than the rolling hills of Tuscany. Master the art of pasta-making, cook local recipes like ribollita, or “bread soup,” and discover why Tuscan cuisine is world-famous. Live life as a local and go on a truffle-hunting experience with fellow gourmands. Spend your afternoons in Italy’s central region. View the Leaning Tower of Pisa, visit the hillside town of San Gimignano for a Chianti tasting and then explore the historical centres of Florence and Siena on guided walking tours. Back in Rome, you’ll learn the secrets of the Vatican and the Colosseum and spend your free time exploring this ancient city. Enjoy a memorable dinner in the bohemian neighbourhood of Trastevere on your final night.
