Day 1

Mexico City – Depart Toronto to Mexico, Welcome dinner at your hotel this evening. D

Day 2

Mexico City – Experience a tour of the most important sites of the city: The Palace of Fine Arts, Zocalo with a quick stop at the House of Tiles and a visit to the Metropolitan Cathedral. Discover an incredible collection of art at The National Museum of Anthropology. B/L

Day 3

Teotihuacan – Visit the ancient city of Teotihuacan, the name given by the Aztecs for this town, which means “city of gods”. Learn about its possible origins and the original inhabitants. B/L

Day 4

Xochimilco – Discover the canals of Xochimilco on your Extraordinary Experience: beautiful trajineras (gondolas) glide gracefully along the canals while you learn about pre-Hispanic culture. Travel to Coyoacan and visit the Museum of Frida Kahlo. End by touring downtown, the artistic neighbourhood of Mexico City. B/L

Day 5

Mexico City – Learn about Mexico’s different distillates of Tequila, Mezcal, Sotol and Bacanora. Discover history, facts and tasting notes while enjoying beverages paired with specifically designed dishes. B/T/D

Day 6

Mexico City – Visit a chocolate museum and learn about its origins and production process. Transfer to a chocolate shop for a tasting, guided by an expert chocolatier. B/T/D

Day 7

Tula – Visit the ancient city and archaeological area of Tula, known for its magnificent atlantes. Transfer back to Mexico City and enjoy a farewell dinner in a traditional restaurant. B/L/D

Day 8

With memories of Mexico City’s cosmopolitan charms in tow, it’s time to say goodbye to this vibrant city. Transfer to the airport for your return flight to Toronto. B
