Cape Town.

Western Cape, South Africa

One of the trips that has stuck with me the most has been to South Africa. From Table Mountain, to Cape Town and the nearby beaches, wineries and wildlife reserves, it is really a place everyone should visit at least once in a lifetime.

Insider tip: Visit the Kapama Natural Reserve and bring a real camera. You will want to capture the amazing, up-close views of the wildlife on more than just your cell phone.

Giza.

Egypt

You've probably seen the Sphynx and the Great Pyramid of Giza in countless photos and films but trust me - nothing compares to seeing these monuments of ancient history still standing right in front of you. You'll never forget the experience.

Insider tip: Go and visit the pyramids early in the morning to avoid the crowds. The sites open at 7:00 or 8:00 a.m. depending on the time of year and the tour buses generally roll in around 10:00 a.m.

Paris.

France

Paris is a food, wine and culture lover's dream destination. This city has so much to experience from the cafés and restaurants to the historic sites and museums, you'll need to spend at least a few days soaking it all in.

Insider tip: The Eiffel Tower is one of Paris's most popular attractions. You can cut down on the time you spend waiting in line by buying your tickets in advance.
