CAA Medical Assistance
When the unexpected happens, CAA Medical Assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week providing direct access to a worldwide medical help and information network for customers who purchase CAA Emergency Medical Insurance.
CAA Medical Assistance will work closely with you to:
- Provide interpretation services to communicate with physicians and hospitals in foreign countries
- Recommend an appropriate physician or medical facility, wherever possible
- Contact your family and physician on your behalf
- Monitor your care so that only appropriate, medically necessary treatment is given and to ensure that your medial needs are met
- Pay hospitals, physicians and other medical providers directly, whenever possible
- Approve and arrange air ambulance and repatriation
