Begin in the charming town of Kingsville on the shores of Lake Erie. Visit the famous Pelee Island Winery for a tasting tour. While this is just one of the many wineries in the area, be sure to explore the Essex Pelee Island Coast (EPIC) Wine Trail, craft breweries and distilleries.

We recommend a full day to experience Point Pelee National Park.

Walk the Marsh Boardwalk and see many of the migratory birds that frequent the park. Hike through the Botham Tree Trail and discover the Carolinian trees that are indigenous only to this region.

Paddle a canoe (reservations required) take a shuttle to The Tip and end your day with a picnic and swim at the beach.

Catch the ferry from Leamington or Kingsville to Pelee Island for the day or overnight. Be sure to book your ferry ride early as space is limited.

The island is home to many hiking and biking trails. Once you get off the ferry you can rent a bike to explore the quaint island community at your leisure.
