CAA Club Group Online Account (My Account) Deletion Form
If you wish to remove your online account information, please review the following before completing the online form.
What information will be deleted?
Online (My Account) information which includes username, password, security question and answer will be removed. After you delete your account, you will no longer be able to access My Account nor its dashboard.
What information will not be deleted?
Deletion only impacts online (My Account) credentials and its access. Other information such as: personal details, email preferences, marketing permissions, membership details, credit card information, roadside services usage, CAA Dollars® and saving and linked insurance policy information will not be deleted.
How long will the online account deletion process take?
Your deletion will be processed within 10 business days from the date of submission.
After My Account has been deleted, can I create a new My Account in the future?
