New Mexico Drive / Ride Vacation

Length: Approximately 2,700 km to Albuquerque, New Mexico, from the Bluewater Bridge in Sarnia, ON
Description: While on your way to New Mexico’s Turquoise Trail, make the most of your road trip. Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas have many attractions and events to enjoy along the way! Attractions: Michigan
  • Longway Planetarium
    Michigan’s largest planetarium features a massive 600 feet dome, offering laser and star shows that will be sure to delight all ages.

  • Conner Prairie
    Just outside of Indianapolis, located in Fishers, this interactive historic park features interpretive areas allowing guests to experience the lifestyles of Indiana settlers along the White River.

  • Six Flags St. Louis
    With over 100 rides and a waterpark, Six Flags St. Louis is the perfect way to spend a day that the whole family will enjoy.
  • Meramec Caverns
    Missouri is known as the cave state, so what better way to experience them than a visit to the largest caverns. Zip lining, riverboat tours and canoeing are great ways to explore the area. Guided tours of the caverns run every 20-30 minutes.
  • Dickerson Park Zoo
    The zoo is home to over 550 animals in different habitat exhibits. Interact with animals at the petting zoo, or visit the children’s playground and waterpark.

  • Frontier City
    A variety of rides and roller coasters set amongst a late 19th century Oklahoma town make this park a unique experience. Gunfight stunt-show, live shows and musical reviews are also not to be missed.
  • National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum
    America’s first establishment showcasing western art, history and culture. If you’re a wild west buff, find everything here from cowboys to rodeos and film.
  • Stafford Air and Space Museum
    This museum has 40,000 square feet of interactive exhibits and activities for the whole family. Take a look at the history of aviation and space flight, all brought to life by General Stafford.

  • Mesalands Dinosaur Museum
    This museum is for all dinosaur lovers. There are a variety of replicated and original fossils from the Mesozoic era. See the smallest dinosaur footprint to a large skeleton of the Tyrannosaurus relative, Torvosaurus.
