An Important Message about the CAA Rewards
Petro-Points Partnership

As of April 29, 2021, our partnership with Petro-Points™ will be ending. After that date, Members will no longer be able to:

  1. Collect 20% more Petro-Points at Petro-Canada™ locations by linking their CAA Membership and Petro-Points number
  2. Exchange Petro-Points to CAA Dollars®
  3. Exchange 60,000 Petro-Points for a new 1-year Basic CAA Membership

CAA Members who have already linked their CAA Membership to their Petro-Points card will remain linked until the program ends. Members can continue to earn 20% more Petro-Points when using their Petro-Points card at Petro-Canada locations until April 29, 2021. However, effective immediately, CAA Members will no longer be able to link their CAA Membership with their Petro-Points membership. Members can still exchange Petro-Points for CAA Dollars, or a new 1-year Basic CAA Membership until April 29, 2021 at Petro-Points.com.

Exchange your Petro-Points to CAA Dollars

You can exchange Petro-Points to CAA Dollars or exchange 60,000 Petro-Points for a new 1-year Basic CAA Membership until April 29, 2021 at 11:59 pm EST.
If you currently are a linked Member, you will receive 20% more Petro-Points on your purchases at Petro-Canada until April 29, 2021. After April 29, 2021, you will no longer receive the bonus Petro-Points.
As of March 30, 2021, the ability for Members to link their Petro-Points card and CAA card will no longer be available.

You can exchange your Petro-Points for CAA Dollars until April 29, 2021. You can also exchange 60,000 Petro-Points for a new 1-year Basic CAA Membership until April 29, 2021.

Members can no longer link their Petro-Points card to their CAA card to start collecting bonus Petro-Points. Members who have already linked their cards will continue to receive 20% more Petro-Points until April 29, 2021.

It will take up to five days before your CAA Dollars are available in My Account.
This should be instant. You will receive an email with a code which you will use when calling CAA to set up your new 1-year Basic Membership. We suggest you use this certificate right away, so you do not forget or misplace it. This option is for new memberships only.
Yes, non-linked Petro-Points Members can still exchange Petro-Points to CAA Dollars. Just log in to your Petro-Points account online and go to your account overview. Find the CAA logo box, click “Exchange My Petro-Points,” enter a valid CAA Membership number, the amount of Points you would like to exchange and click “Redeem.” You can also call Petro-Points directly at 1 (800) 668-0220 to exchange Petro-Points to CAA Dollars. This is available until April 29, 2021.
Yes, non-linked Petro-Points members can still exchange 60,000 Petro-Points to a CAA Membership Certificate number from Petro-Points for a new 1-year Basic CAA Membership. Just log in to your Petro-Points account online and go to your account overview. Click the CAA logo button. You should see two tabs; click the second tab and put in your CAA Membership number and click “Redeem 60,000 Points.” You can also call Petro-Points directly at 1 (800) 668-0220 to exchange Petro-Points to CAA Dollars. This is available until April 29, 2021.
You can access your CAA Dollar balance at caasco.com. Just click on My Account and log in. You can also download the CAA Mobile App on Apple App Store or Android Play Store and log in to view your CAA Dollar balance..
As long as you have exchanged your Petro-Points by April 29, 2021 at 11:59pm EST you will get your CAA Dollars. This will take up to five days to see in My Account.
